There are many ways you can support your American Red Cross, one of them is through participation in "Special Events" and "Fundraisers"

We have three main types of events:

1. Community festivals, parades, booths and fairs - These types of events, although not necessarily aimed at raising money, do raise awareness about our programs and services. Volunteers are always needed to help! Not having to pay staff at these events saves the chapter a great deal of money, and allows people to contribute "in-kind".

2. Chapter sponsored fundraisers - These events are chapter invented and hosted parties, tournaments, and other programs aimed at raising money. There are many events planned throughout the year to meet a variety of interests and budgets.

3. Third Party fundraisers - These fundraisers are put on by "Friends of Red Cross" - i.e. - any group (formal or otherwise) who wishes to raise money for us.

Our annual goal for special events and fundraisers is to raise $60,000! We need your participation. Please see the list below for upcoming events.
